As others have said, they close early, which is not on when people rely on them to be open when their times say they are. I work full time during the week as well as every other weekend so I have limited time to be able to pop in and post my parcels so it is very inconvenient to find them closed when they should be open, like today.
Not open when they say they would. Very disappointing, especially when you carry large items to post, along with a buggy, on a 35C hot day. Staff is friendly but very slow. I would go somewhere else if there was an alternative close by.
I have posted quite a few items here over the past few years and they never bother to check items through their sizing guide.I went there Monday and it was only later after paying and leaving that I discovered they had assumed the item I handed over was large letter size when it would easily have fitted through the standard letter slot. Unfortunately for me, being an International Tracked item it added over 1.20 to the cost. This has happened enough times here that I won't be going back there.I believe the business is up for sale, lets hope the new owners run it better otherwise I would suggest you always check they use their sizing guide before you pay.
sadly I cant give less stars - most unhelpful and don't care about the customer. - Don't assume they are going to be open just because the internet says they will be. Apparently they can't be bothered with the internet. According to the post office branch finder they open to 13:00 so I arrived at 12:10 today and they just told me they are shut. yes we should try to keep local post offices in business but not when they are this unhelpful. Go somewhere else if you want any service.
