It's recently changed hands, and the new owners are really friendly, add have increased the open hours to allow people to go there before and after work (at time of review, 07:00-19:30 in the week, as well as being open 07:00-17:30 on Saturdays, and 08:00-14:30 on Sundays), which is great. A great start, may the great service continue.

Disgusting. Went in to close my Grandads account after he passed away and the horrible woman told me she did not want to do it as she was busy! I waited my turn like everyone else!! She did do it, very rudely!! Then phones me after getting my number off of the form the following morning and told me I'd not filled a second form in, which was a lie, and told me she didn't care that my Grandad died and hung up on me. After insulting me! I've put in an official complaint with Head Office and the wonderful staff helped me at Ely. That woman is a disgusting human being and should be ashamed of herself!!
