Ordering food from them nearly every week.Great food, friendly service. Very client centered service. I strongly recommend them.
Only giving it one star as it's all it would let me give .Ordered through just eat accepted order, cooked it. Called restaurant to find out where my food was said he would call driver. Never heard a thing back, called again told me driver has been calling me but im not answering (i had the phone with me at all times) then told me stop calling ring just eat to cancel my order. Avoid this place like the plague
Take the pi%#...Loved this place for years, but the delivery time has got really bad!!! .. the last two weeks I have ordered and asked the same question.. can my food be here in good time and on both occasions I have been promised 30min delivery and waited over one hour...So this evening I asked way is to be done about the lack of puncuation as I offered to order else where if you would struggle with time keeping. ..Told to oreder else where in future...Conclude..Very rudeFake deliveryPoor customer sevice
I use to be a regular customer then I stopped using them as the food was going down hill and rapidly. I then used chilli express instead... can not fault them. Anyway I thought I would give Ramsey kebab and pizza another go after at least a year of not using them. I ordered a burger and chips for my wife and doner meat and chips for my self and a portion of hot wings between us. The doner meat was just shocking, chips were obviously cooked with the spiral chips cause we got a mixture (bit sloppy) burger was border line alright but the hot wings we could not fault. Any way the moral of the story is... I now remember why I stopped using Ramsey kebab and pizza and I'm sorry chilli express for not ordering from you today this will not happen again.
I had been a regular customer for years. I ordered a pizza one night and i had an error with my bank card, i explained this to them and they told me to pick up the pizza anyway which i did. When i picked it up all of the cooks were at the counter, many of them with their arms folded and attempting to look intimidating and as i left the restaurant they were making personal comments, mocking me and insulting me. When i got the pizza home the doe was not cooked properly and the cheese was all over the place. Being a Saturday i could not get the money to pay for the pizza until Monday when the bank was open.I explained this over the phone offering them the money by Paypal but this was ignored, the manager then threatened to come by my house if he didn't get the money soon (to do what i don't know).I promptly paid them on the Monday and again they were insulting. This is an utterly deplorable way to treat a long time local customer.I have since boycotted them and i would urge you to do the same.
