Having worked with Bradlee for a few months on my house in Ramsey Mereside, I would recommend using Smart Home Innovations for any of electrical problem. Not only was Bradlee able to come and assist me on Sunday (and not charge me through the roof for doing so) he has been more than helfpul with all the work I needed doing and has charge me a very reasonable rate. I also trust his word, which means a great deal, as I know that when he tells me something needs doing, he is looking out for me and my best interest.
Having recently moved into the Cambridgeshire area we were after a local electrician. Luckily we found that Smart Home Innovations was based locally to us in Ramsey. We had an issue with some kitchen wiring that needed sorting ASAP and this was sorted quickly and to a very high standard. We also had a problem with our bath and toilet - this was also fixed on the same visit by Smart Home Innovations which was a real bonus! Excellent quality and a friendly service. Bradlee was highly recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. He responded quickly to our initial contact and provided us with detailed and clear estimates. He has undertaken various jobs for us inside and outside, and all his work is first class and completed to a very high standard. We had a particular problem with the electrics on our boiler which he worked hard to solve, even staying late to put right, which was much appreciated. Always punctual, courteous, tidy and a very hard worker. He came up with good ideas and suggestions and was a pleasure to have around. Would have no hesitation in recommending his company.
I've have used Bradlee for two separate jobs now and on both occasions couldn't have asked for a more courteous and conscientious workman. He was punctual, polite and hardworking, complete with tidying up after finishing. I will be using him again for future jobs that need doing and thoroughly recommend him.
I renovated my house last year and had a number of different trades in. Smart home innovations was by far the company who was the most enjoyable to work with, went over above to help me where other trades messed up and gave really helpful advice.I find it is very difficult to find and trust tradesman as there are alot of cowboys in the industry but with smart home innovations this is not the case. They are very professional, friendly and their work is of a very high standard (as also noted by other trades working at the house). They genuinely care about the people they are working for to a level I haven't ever seen in this industry. If you need work done at your place I strongly recommend you call them.
