It is very good surgery
My family have never had any trouble making an appointment, and many times same day appointments have been available. House calls have never been a problem for my 96 year old father who has vascular dementia. We dread the thought of ever leaving St Ives because of the excellent care provided by the Spinney Surgery. Not enough people leave good reviews, however if you consider the number of complaints about making an appointment compared with the amount of appointments made in a year by thousands of patients it seems to me they do a great job!
No-one answers the bloody phones ever! Poor service, doctors googling my symptoms which I did beforehand and diagnosed myself quicker than the doctor did. Overall very poor all round. The 1 star is being generous
Well I guess I'd appreciate it if my call was actually answered and one of the doctors actually asked me what I would like to do to fix things like??? That's why I came to you because idfk
If you can get the appointments desk to answer their phone the service from the nurses and doctors is very good. However in the last fortnight I have attempted to get through to Appointments twice. Each time no-one answered for five minutes, after which tiime I hung up. I am going to have to visit the surgery in person to make an appointment. This is really not good enough.
