Ordered an item on eBay, was given choice of home delivery signed for or pick up at chosen store. Sophie's was the closest so thought thay would be good. Checked tracking number on website to find our where item was only to find that Sophie's Convenience had refused to take delivery. If they don't want to take eBay items then get removed from eBay. Now I've got to wait for how ever long for item to go back to sender and get sent back to me. Well I'll make sure I NEVER get anything sent to Sophie's convenience again. And I'll make sure I never use them for anything again either. Useless
